Brad Baso
Founder & CEO
Brad has 15+ years of experience leading people-centered transformation in a variety of industries (Verizon and Girl Scouts of the USA chief among them). During that time, he has learned that leaders and organizations who tap into the electrifying force of their people and culture make the biggest impact. To that end, he launched Work with Flourish to create a platform for thought partnership, collaboration, and change-making to help make work better for people, organizations, and the communities in which they operate.
Brad holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Saint Catherine University and a BA in Music from Hamline University (and yes, he WILL sing you something at karaoke if you ask nicely). He is also the board development committee chair of Voices of Note, and invites you to consider supporting their mission to inspire dialogue and drive social equity through artistic excellence. Come to a concert, join one of their choruses, or contribute your time, talent, or treasure as a volunteer or board member!
