People Matter.

You’ve got a fire in your belly to bring forth something better. Maybe it’s a nugget of an idea, or maybe you’re already well on your way. Such great vision comes with great responsibility to actually make it happen.

But, your idea is too big, the stakes too high, to go it alone. That’s why you have people (maybe a whole company!) to help. You know that your success can only happen when your people are bringing their best. Your job is to help them flourish; ours is to help make it happen using proven techniques and innovative, customized solutions to create the right conditions for success while showing your people you put them first. We leave behind a more capable, committed, and grateful team who will give their all to realize your organization’s purpose–while helping them achieve their own.

Whether you need brainpower or horsepower, or just a pep talk, we’d be delighted to hear more about your dreams and how we can help be a part of making them a reality.

Who We Serve

Growing businesses.
Your blood, sweat, and tears got you this far. Our team can help you keep your culture thriving and scale by building strong people operations processes that attract and retain talent who will fit and contribute to your culture. We can build a talent bridge with our interim solutions or help you find top-notch pros to staff your growing people team.  Growing inorganically through mergers and acquisitions? We can assess organizations for good culture fit, uncover risks and accelerators of integration, and build a shared path forward to help your teams come together toward a unified culture.

Transforming businesses.
Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? We can help you through an inflection point in your business  by building off of what made you great, structuring your transformation, shift your culture into a higher gear, and equip your people with resilience to meet the challenges ahead, grounding them in your new shared vision to activate your organizational purpose.

High-Impact organizations.
Nonprofits, B-Corps, and purpose-driven companies wanting to make their mark deserve partners like us who know how to harness the dedication to their mission to create positive outcomes for your stakeholders.  Through a blend of individual, team, and organizational approaches, we create the alignment necessary for you to realize the full potential of your impact.  We help you do well while doing good.

Brad holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Saint Catherine University and a BA in Music from Hamline University (and yes, he WILL sing you something at karaoke if you ask nicely). He is also the board development committee chair of Voices of Note, and invites you to consider supporting their mission to inspire dialogue and drive social equity through artistic excellence. Come to a concert, join one of their choruses, or contribute your time, talent, or treasure as a volunteer or board member!
